Okay, once I had a job, and the dude at the top made everyone call him "bossman." His only enduring quality was that he loved bacon and whiskey. How bad could he be? Let's just say these cookies made with real maple syrup, bacon (I am channeling my inner Homer Simpson right now), and whiskey are way better than he was. And cuz I love love white chocolate chips, I boomed some of those in for good measure. These babies will make your day when you have to deal with your version of "bossman!"
