I just want to say I experienced the absolute best customer service ever from this company. I bought a packet of their cookies at walmart and i didnβt even think about checking the bag i just was too excited to try them. When i got home i realized it was all just powder and boba pearls. This was 100% on walmart anf their freight/pallet making. I emailed this company anyways because walmart wouldnt take it back and they sent me a package replacing the cookies so I could try them as imtended. They responded within the hour I sent it and I got the package 4 days later. I think a company that strives to make sure each customer gets the same opportunity to try their product is a great company. They could have easily told me there was nothing they could do because it was not their fault and I would have been okay with it because i understand.. but they didnt and they sent me 3 new packs so i could try it. I will be buying more from them and i urge everyone to support them.

Out of my mind, but not out of cookies!
Sorry, but I can't review these particular cookies. I sent two packages of them to my colleagues out of state. I work remotely. They do not and needed something tasty to remind them the hollerdays weren't over yet.
I'm still a big fan from my orders in Delaware, which is why i think of Molly Bz first when I think of cookies worth sharing. I'm visiting Alaska later this year. Leave a light on, will ya?
