Tea happens to be my favorite drink on a cold Alaskan day. So, of course, I had to make a sweet cookie packed with so much deliciousness that it pairs perfectly with...you guessed it, tea. Infused with Earl Grey tea, some lavender, smothered with white chocolate chips under a creamy lemon frosting, and oozing with vanilla bean vodka extract. Bada boom! That's how we do. This baby is my favorite.
